Terms of service

ConsignLoop is software for running a consignment business. By creating a shop account you agree to these terms.

• Your shop owns its data: consignors, items, sales and customer records belong to you, not to ConsignLoop.
• Payments taken through your storefront go directly to your own Stripe account. ConsignLoop never holds your money or your consignors' money.
• You are responsible for your consignment agreements with your consignors and for paying them what your ledger shows they are owed.
• We keep the service secure and available on reasonable endeavours; planned pricing and any changes to it are communicated in advance.
• Accounts used unlawfully or abusively can be suspended.
• If you leave, you can export your data first; deletion on request is permanent except records we must keep by law.
